Cancellation Policy

Atacama processes orders based on the specifications and requirements provided at the time of purchase. Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and the applicable terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

  • If an order has been placed by mistake, the customer should contact Atacama immediately through WhatsApp: +91 - 7439801351 or email: support@atacamapro.com with the relevant order details. Atacama will review the request based on the current status of the order.

  • Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

  • If an order has already entered production, the customer must contact Atacama immediately regarding the cancellation request. Any cancellation request at this stage will be reviewed and considered solely at the discretion of Atacama.

  • The above production-stage terms also apply to bulk, wholesale, institutional, customized, or large-quantity orders, where production may be scheduled specifically against the order.

  • If production has not yet commenced, a cancellation request may be considered by Atacama. Any applicable refund, if approved, will be determined by the company based on the circumstances and order status.

  • Once an order has been shipped or handed over for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

  • Products purchased under specially discounted offers or promotional pricing are not eligible for cancellation, as specified at the time of applying the applicable discount code or promotional offer.

Important

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation or a refund. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by Atacama, based on the order status, production stage, applicable promotional terms, and other relevant circumstances.
